Eve Of Destruction 2021 single
I was looking at this song to teach it to a student and it struck me just how apt the lyrics were for now all these years latter. The though I had was when this was released in 1965 things must have looked pretty bad, but there was a 1966 and a 1967… So I thought things are looking pretty bad nowadays, but they’ll be a 2020, 2021, 2022… So for me I take quite a positive message from the song that there’s always a tomorrow. That and I’ve always liked the song!
